Over the month, three hot leads came in: the owner of a multi-site manufacturing and trading company, the CEO of a large metalworking enterprise, and the decision-maker of a custom software firm all sat down to talk — exactly from the targeted group.

How it started
A business consulting firm reached out to us. Previously they won clients mostly through referrals and cold calls — it worked, but it was unpredictable: some months a big engagement came in, other months almost nothing.
The challenge
Their service is decided at the leadership level — they need to sit down with company leaders and owners. These people are hard to reach: they won't pick up an unknown number, and they discard mass, templated emails at a glance.
How we helped
We wrote every outreach one by one, tailored to the specific company — we didn't blast a list, we wrote person by person. We sent the emails at a controlled, human pace, kept separate from their main email account, so their existing correspondence stayed safe. Three hot leads, two of which already requested concrete quotes: a wedding and event venue for a fixed 11×8 metre cover, and a countryside wellness hotel for a ~50–60 m² cover for a 100-person wedding. The director of a four-star Budapest hotel asked for an on-site demo.

We worked with a manufacturer of premium outdoor covers (stretch tents). They had a strong, eye-catching product, but demand is seasonal and project-based — a single larger order matters a lot.
The challenge
Their buyers are typically event venues and hotels, where the decision is made by a specific person. The difficulty was reaching exactly those decision-makers, precisely when they had an open project or renovation.
How we helped
We assembled the set of relevant venues and hotels and tailored every outreach to the recipient's own profile. We sent the emails at a natural, human pace, and handed over incoming questions — dimensions, capacity, location — pre-qualified, so the manufacturer could respond right away with a concrete quote.

During the month, the sales lead of a regional prefab-house manufacturer requested a quote from us, the outreach reached the leadership of a well-known domestic webshop-engine provider, and a Budapest event center proposed a joint, success-fee collaboration. The same controlled process we run for our clients.

This is our own campaign. We didn't buy ads and we didn't hire a salesperson — we ran exactly the same system on ourselves that we run for our clients, in the same period.
The challenge
For a client-acquisition service the biggest question is credibility: does our own method work on our own business too? We believe that if we can't win clients with it for ourselves, we have no right to sell it to anyone else.

We researched and approached the decision-makers of relevant companies one by one — at a controlled pace, with transparent numbers, kept separate from our own main account.
