- How much does it cost per month?
- Prices are fixed monthly fees, not performance-based. With our introductory offer right now: Starter €329 (instead of €499), Growth €699 (instead of €999), EU €1,999 per month. Excluding VAT. On the intro call we finalize which one fits your goals.
- What does "200 / 300–400 / 1,200–1,400 unique emails per month" mean?
- That's how many live, personalized emails go out in a month on the given plan. The warm-up period is not counted. Sending happens within a daily limit, during European business hours.
- How many leads can I expect from that many emails?
- On average we see a 4–8% reply rate in B2B campaigns, of which 30–40% are interested. On the Starter plan that's about 2–6 interested replies per month, on Growth about 4–13, and on the EU plan about 20–65. Industry, targeting, and timing have a strong influence.
- What if it doesn't work?
- The first 4 weeks are a built-in ramp-up period. If the reply rate falls short of the industry norm, the operator fine-tunes the targeting and copy on a weekly cadence. The contract can be cancelled in the first month.
- Can I switch plans along the way?
- Yes. If you outgrow Starter, you can move up to the Growth plan at the end of the month (or back down if demand decreases). The warmed-up mailboxes are preserved.
- Do I send from my own mailbox, or do I get a new one?
- We usually provide the dedicated sending domains and mailboxes — that way your main company mailbox's reputation stays untouched. But if you'd rather use your own, already-working sending accounts, that's possible too (fast-track launch in 7–10 days).
